Refund Policy

1. Digital Services Are Non-Refundable

All services offered by BrandClix — including strategy consulting, campaign setup, ad management, and performance marketing — are digital in nature and begin immediately upon onboarding.

In accordance with standard industry practice and applicable regulations for digital goods, **no refunds are issued once work has commenced** or access has been granted.

2. Cancellation Before Onboarding

If you request cancellation within **24 hours of purchase** and **before any onboarding call or work initiation**,If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days

3. No Refunds for Partial Use or Dissatisfaction

Since our services are customized and labor-intensive, partial usage, change of mind, or dissatisfaction due to external factors (e.g., market shifts, platform policy changes, or delayed client feedback) do not qualify for refunds.

We encourage proactive communication to adjust strategy in real time rather than seeking cancellations.

4. Recurring Plans & Subscriptions

Monthly service plans auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.

**No pro-rata or partial refunds** are provided for unused days in the current billing cycle.

5. Good Faith & Continuous Improvement

BrandClix operates with transparency and commitment. We document all deliverables and maintain open channels for feedback.

Rather than refunds, we prioritize **service adjustments, strategy pivots, or credit toward future work** to ensure your success.
