BrandClix provides 100% digital marketing services — no physical products are shipped. This policy clarifies how our digital deliverables are delivered and accessed.

1. Digital-Only Services

All BrandClix services — including performance marketing strategy, campaign setup, analytics reports, and consultation — are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or online dashboards.

No physical items are shipped, and therefore **no shipping fees, carriers, or delivery timelines** apply.

2. Delivery of Digital Deliverables

Deliverables (e.g., campaign reports, strategy decks, ad creatives) are shared electronically within the agreed timeline.

Access is typically granted immediately or within 1–3 business days after onboarding, depending on service scope.

3. International Accessibility

Since our services are digital, they are accessible globally — as long as you have internet access and a WhatsApp-enabled number.

No geographic shipping restrictions apply.

4. No Returns or Re-shipping

Digital deliverables are non-returnable and non-refundable once shared (see our Refund Policy).

If you experience issues accessing files, contact us immediately for re-delivery via alternate means.
