Welcome to BrandClix. By accessing or using our digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

BrandClix provides performance marketing services—including campaign strategy, ad setup, creative consultation, and analytics—tailored to your business goals.

All services are delivered digitally and are based on current platform capabilities (e.g., Meta, Google, WhatsApp). We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or ROI.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery (e.g., business details, access credentials, creative assets).

Delays or inaccuracies from your side may impact campaign performance and timeline. BrandClix is not liable for outcomes affected by client-side delays.

3. Payment & Refunds

Fees are due as per the agreed plan (e.g., ₹43/day or custom packages). Payments are non-refundable once services commence.

Recurring plans auto-renew unless canceled 48 hours before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused service periods.

4. Intellectual Property

All strategies, reports, dashboards, and methodologies created by BrandClix remain our exclusive intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal business purposes only. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

BrandClix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption—arising from service use.

Platform changes (e.g., Meta algorithm updates, policy shifts) are beyond our control and do not constitute breach of service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Amreli, Gujarat.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights. If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains valid.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes.

Continued use of BrandClix services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
