Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At BrandClix, we provide digital marketing, campaign management, and subscription-based services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to all purchases made through our platform.

2. General Refund Policy

As our services are digital, instantly accessible, and customized upon activation, most purchases are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the subscription activated.

However, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical failure preventing service access
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Services not rendered as described

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of BrandClix and must be supported by documentation.

3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, as access remains active until the end of the paid term.

To cancel, email us at clixbrand@gmail.com at least 72 hours before your renewal date.

4. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Renewal charges are processed via Razorpay using the payment method on file. If you do not cancel before the renewal date, the subscription will renew and the fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued for successfully processed renewals.

5. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. As per Rule 3(1)(d) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, digital products and services that are instantly delivered and non-tangible may be excluded from return or refund—provided this is clearly disclosed, as it is here.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action. All disputes not resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. The latest version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
