1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BrandClix and our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you accept these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Services Provided

BrandClix provides digital campaign generation, ad optimization, and expert consulting services for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) through subscription plans (monthly or yearly). Specific deliverables and scope will be defined in the plan you purchase.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 72 hours prior to renewal.
• To cancel, email us at clixbrand@gmail.com.
• Refunds for digital services are governed by our Refund Policy (no refunds unless stated otherwise).

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information for campaign setup, keep your account credentials secure, and comply with Meta’s ad policies. You must not use our Services for illegal activities.

5. Use of AI & Human Expertise

Our solutions combine AI-assisted tools with human expertise. While AI may generate headlines or suggestions, campaign strategies and final recommendations are curated by our professionals. Interests and targeting are based on actual Meta data and professional inputs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, materials and deliverables provided by BrandClix remain the intellectual property of TwoEpic Ventures unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any content without prior permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific ad results. BrandClix will not be liable for direct or indirect losses including (but not limited to) loss of revenue, account bans, errors from incorrect inputs, ad spend losses, or any amounts stuck in third-party ad accounts. You are responsible for loading funds and using ad budgets wisely.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to make payments. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

9. Data Privacy

We handle personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and use reasonable security measures to protect it.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

12. DIY Module & Client Responsibilities

Certain modules are provided as DIY products where clients implement processes themselves using our guidance. While we provide design, targeting suggestions and campaign setup instructions, final implementation and performance depend on client actions. Content (ad creatives) must be supplied by the client; campaign structure, targeting and strategy will be provided by us.

13. Payment & Charges

You agree to pay the charges associated with the Services. All payments are processed via third-party gateways. Please review our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, internet outages). Performance timelines will be reasonably extended.

15. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

16. Dispute Resolution

Please contact our support team to resolve disputes. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.
